I found the mattress quite hard to sleep on as I am used to a memory foam mattress (my own) and my partner’s hybrid mattress, so sleeping on a spring mattress is quite new for me.
The mattress’s main support structure is a 5 zone pocket spring system that provides excellent back support and accommodates people of all sizes, with minimal partner disturbance. I found some partner disturbance when sleeping with my partner, but not as much as you’d expect from a spring mattress. I’m a light sleeper and found I could feel my partner tossing and turning more than usual (we typically either sleep in a memory foam or hybrid bed). However, he is a deep sleeper and couldn’t feel me moving around. My Review After 30 Sleeps
It took me a good 5-7 days to get used to the Valmori Spring mattress, but after the first week I started to find myself sleeping better and with minimal stiffness when waking up. As someone who tosses and turns a lot, I found it easy to switch positions – easier than I find with my memory foam mattress. My only complaint was being able to feel my partner move around but again, I’m a very light sleeper and this probably won’t be an issue for people who sleep deeply.
